Introduction: Cancer is the second cause of death in the world. While new methods of treatment are constantly being developed, but the side effects of chemotherapy drugs such as cardiotoxicity and hepatotoxicity have become one of the most important factors in reducing the benefit of treatment and the quality of life in patients. Methods and Materials: In this study using of computational approches like virtual screening .molecular dynamic .pharmacophore modelling quantitative structure activity relationship. ADMET properties networking biology and machine learning has gained time and reduce cost and side effect. Conclusion: Therefor the present review amalgamates target identification in skin cancer by using differential analysis of gene expression and inhibition it. In this study, we had a special look at reducing cardiac and liver toxicity in drug design. This study can be useful for pharmacists and medicinal chemists and molecular oncologists.
