مقایسه پربسامدترین ساخت‌های صرفی- نحوی در کودکان کاشت حلزون شده و کودکان شنوای طبیعی 6-4 ساله

هدف: کودکان کاشت حلزون در همه سطوح زبانی مشکلاتی دارند که مشکلات مربوط به مهار‌ت‌های صرفی- نحوی در آن‌ها بیش‌تر از سایر حوزه‌های زبانی گزارش شده است. با توجه به نقش مهم مهارت‌های صرفی و نحوی در توسعه توانایی‌های ارتباطی کودکان، این مطالعه با استفاده از آزمون تصویری بیان دستور زبان فارسی، پربسامدترین ساخت‌های ‌صرفی و نحوی موجود در گفتار کودکان طبیعی 4-6 ساله را با کودکان کاشت حلزون شده مورد مقایسه قرار داده است. مواد و روش‌ها: آزمودنی‌های مورد مطالعه در این پژوهش مقطعی شامل 25 کودک کاشت حلزون شده و 25 کود طبیعی 4 تا 6 سال و تک زبانه (فارسی زبان) بودند. کودکان کاشت حلزون شده به روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس از 3 مرکز توان‌بخشی مشهد و کودکان طبیعی نیز از مهدکودک‌های شهر مشهد انتخاب شدند. پس از انتخاب آزمودنی‌ها، آزمون تصویری بیان دستور زبان فارسی بر روی هر کودک اجرا شد. یافته‌ها: نتایج مطالعه تفاوت معناداری را بین میانگین نمرات کل آزمون در دو گروه نشان داد(05/0p
