پیشگیری و درمان زخم پای دیابتی با استفاده از پوشش پا و مداخلات کاهنده فشار: راهنمای عملی بومی IWGDF

هدف: زخم پا از بزرگ‌ترین عوارض دیابت است که اگر در محیط زخم، کاهش فشار موثر وجود نداشته باشد، درمان به تأخیر می‌افتد. استفاده از روش‌های کاهنده فشار جهت پیشگیری و درمان زخم پا در بیماران دیابتی، یک روش رایج درمانی است. از آن‌جا که توصیه‌های مبتنی بر شواهد باید برای استفاده از روش‌های فوق مورد نظر قرار گیرد، بر آن شدیم تا با بومی‌سازی توصیه‌ها و بومی‌سازی راهنمای عملی IWGDF، دستورالعمل‌های قابل اجرایی در این زمینه، ارائه نماییم. مواد و روش‌ها: در این مطالعه، بومی‌سازی راهنمای بالینی بین‌المللی مبتنی بر شواهد در خصوص مشکلات پا در افراد دیابتی در حیطه مداخلات کاهنده فشار جهت پیشگیری و درمان زخم‌های پای دیابتی با استفاده از متدولوژی ADAPTE و گروه کاری متشکل از متخصصین ارتوپدی و طب فیزیکی و توان‌بخشی و طی سه مرحله آماده‌سازی،‌‌ پذیرش یا اقتباس و نهایی‌سازی انجام شد. به منظور ارزیابی کیفیت راهنمای بالینی منتخب از ابزار AGREEII استفاده شد. هم‌چنین، به منظور دستیابی به اجماع برای توصیه‌های مربوطه، از سه راند دلفی و یک جلسه حضوری استفاده شد. یافته‌ها: راهنمای بالینی IWGDF2015 به عنوان راهنمای بالینی منتخب انتخاب گردید. نمره‌ی کیفیت این گایدلاین بر اساس ابزار AGREEII در هر یک از 6 حیطه بیش‌تر از 70 درصد و بین 3/81 درصد و 100 درصد متغیر بود و از کیفیت خوبی برخوردار بود. راهنمای بالینی IWGDF در حیطه‌ی مداخلات کاهنده فشار جهت پیشگیری و درمان زخم‌های پای دیابتی شامل 13 توصیه بود. نتیجه‌گیری: در این راهنمای بالینی، در مجموع 13 توصیه در خصوص پوشش پا و مداخلات کاهنده فشار در پیشگیری و درمان زخم پای بیماران مبتلا به دیابت متناسب با محیط درمانی کشور ما بومی‌سازی شد.
