درمان کمبود ویتامین D با دوز بالای مکمل ویتامین D و تاثیر آن بر پارامترهای خون‌شناسی در بارداری: تجزیه و تحلیل ثانویه از یک کارآزمایی بالینی تصادفی

هدف: مطالعات کمی در رابطه با درمان کمبود ویتامین D با دوز بالای مکمل ویتامین D و مقایسه سطح سرمی ویتامین D و شاخص‌های خون‌شناسی (هموگلوبین، هماتوکریت، پلاکت و فریتین) درسه ماهه اول و دوم بارداری وجود دارد. این مطالعه با هدف تأثیر مکمل ویتامین D بر شاخص‌های خون‌شناسی در زنان باردار با کمبود ویتامین D انجام شد. مواد و روش‌ها: مطالعه حاضر در آبان 1398 از  تجزیه و تحلیل ثانویه و از پیش تعیین نشده در مورد بررسی اثرات مکمل ویتامین D و مقایسه سطح سرمی ویتامین D بر شاخص‌‌های خونی از یک مطالعه کارآزمایی بالینی کنترل شده تصادفی انجام شد. 215 مادر باردار مبتلا به کمبود ویتامین D  وارد مطالعه شدند و در دو گروه درمان مکمل 50،000 واحدی و گروه درمان 1000 واحدی قرار گرفته بودند. یافته‌ها: میانگین سطح سرمی هماتوکریت، پلاکت و فریتین بعد از درمان در گروه درمان مکمل 50،000 واحدی و  گروه 1000 واحدی  به ترتیب عبارت بودند از: (38/0>P، 8/2±05/36 در مقابل 03/3±6/38)، (29/0>P، 45513±215942 در مقابل 55225±243083) و (04/0>P، 7/21±8/28 در مقابل 5/33±3/42). میانگین سطح هموگلوبین در گروه درمان 50،000 واحدی و  گروه 1000 واحدی به ترتیب عبارت بود از: (84/0>P، 17/1±08/12 در مقابل 5/2±3/12). در دو گروه بین سطح سرمی ویتامین D با سطح هموگلوبین و هماتوکریت قبل از درمان ارتباط معنی‌داری وجود داشت (p، به ترتیب 02/0، 02/0 و 05/0). سطح فریتین خون با سطح سرمی ویتامین D بعد از درمان تفاوت معنی‌داری داشت (04/0P
