اثربخشی توانبخشی شناختی رایانه‌ای بر کارکردهای اجرایی و شدت علایم افراد دارای اختلال افسردگی اساسی

هدف: هدف اصلی پژوهش حاضر بررسی اثربخشی توانبخشی شناختی رایانه‌ای در بهبود کارکردهای اجرایی و کاهش شدت علایم افراد دارای افسردگی اساسی بود. مواد و روش‌ها: مطالعه حاضر جزء طرح‌های نیمه آزمایشی است که در آن از طرح پیش‌آزمون و پس‌آزمون همراه با گروه کنترل استفاده شده است. جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر شامل افراد دارای اختلال افسردگی اساسی بین سنین 19 تا 40 سال از هر دو جنسیت است. نمونه انتخابی این پژوهش شامل 30 نفر مبتلا به اختلال افسردگی اساسی که به شیوه نمونه در دسترس انتخاب و به شیوه تصادفی در یکی از دو گروه 15 نفره آزمایش و کنترل گمارده شده‌اند. برای تشخیص اختلال افسردگی از مصاحبه بالینی ساختاریافته منطبق بر متن راهنمای تشخیصی و آماری اختلالات روانی ویراست پنجم و پرسش‌نامه افسردگی بک-2 استفاده شد. هم‌چنین برای ارزیابی کارکردهای اجرایی افراد دارای اختلال افسردگی اساسی، پرسش‌نامه توانایی‌های شناختی نجاتی مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. مداخله‌ها شناختی شامل تکالیف مربوط به توجه و حافظه بودند که در 12 جلسه 45 دقیقه‌ای سه بار در هفته انجام شد. یافته‌ها: نتایج تحلیل کوورایانس نشان داد که برنامه توانبخشی رایانه‌ای موجب بهبود کارکردهای اجرایی و کاهش شدت علائم افسردگی شده است (05/0P
