مقایسه هشت هفته برنامه تمرینات اصلاحی کمربند شانه‌ای، کمربند لگنی و ترکیبی بر تعادل افراد دارای سندرم متقاطع فوقانی

هدف: سندرم متقاطع فوقانی به عنوان نوعی ناهنجاری اسکلتی عضلانی شناخته می‌شود که منجر به تغییرات وضعیتی مانند سر به جلو، شانه به جلو و کایفوز می‌شود. تعادل یکی از مهم‌ترین اجزای پاسچر می‌باشد که ممکن است در نتیجه بروز سندرم متقاطع فوقانی کاهش یابد. هدف این مطالعه مقایسه هشت هفته برنامه تمرینات اصلاحی کمربند شانه‌ای، کمربند لگنی و ترکیبی برای بهبود تعادل در این سندرم می‌باشد. مواد و روش‌ها: در این مطالعه 45 دانشجوی دختر دارای سندرم متقاطع فوقانی به صورت هدفمند انتخاب شدند و به صورت تصادفی در سه گروه 15 نفری تمرینات کمربند شانه‌ای، کمربند لگنی و ترکیبی تقسیم شدند. تمرینات اصلاحی پیش‌رونده در تمامی گروه‌ها به مدت هشت هفته، هر هفته سه جلسه و به مدت 30 تا 70 دقیقه انجام شد. تعادل ایستا قبل و بعد از مداخله توسط دستگاه فوت اسکن ارزیابی شد. یافته‌ها: نتایج تحلیل ANOVA برای داده‌های تکراری نشان داد تعادل افراد در هر سه گروه تمرینی پس از شرکت در برنامه تمرینات اصلاحی افزایش یافته است (000/0=P). نتایج آزمون تعقیبی برای وضعیت‌های 30 ثانیه با چشمان باز (05/0=P) و 30 ثانیه با چشمان بسته (04/0=P) تفاوت معناداری بین تمرینات گروه ترکیبی و کمربند شانه‌ای نشان داد. در تغییرات بین گروهی آزمون‌های 10 ثانیه با پای راست (84/0=P) و 10 ثانیه با پای چپ (58/0=P) تفاوت معناداری مشاهده نشد. نتیجه‌گیری: اصلاح هم‌زمان ناهنجاری‌های وضعیتی به صورت یک کل نسبت به اصلاح مجزای هر یک از ناهنجاری‌ها به صورت یک جزء می‌تواند اثر‌بخشی بهتری در بهبود تعادل داشته باشد. بنابراین، تمرینات اصلاحی کل‌گرا برای بهبود تعادل در سندرم متقاطع فوقانی توصیه می‌شود.
