بررسی وضعیت خود‌مراقبتی بیماران دیابتی نوع دوم آموزش‌دیده بر اساس برنامه کشوری کنترل و پیشگیری دیابت در مراکز بهداشتی و درمانی

هدف: وزرات بهداشت، درمان و آموزش پزشکی در چارچوب برنامه  ملی کنترل و پیش‌گیری دیابت، بر اجرای برنامه‌های آموزشی برای بیماران دیابتی در مراکز بهداشتی نظارت و تاکید دارد. هدف این پژوهش بررسی وضعیت خودمراقبتی بیماران دیابتی نوع دوم آموزش‌دیده مبتنی بر برنامه کشوری کنترل و پیشگیری دیابت بود.
مواد و روشها: این مطالعه از نوع مطالعات تحلیلی- مقطعی بود که در سال 1398-1397 و در شهرستان زرند کرمان انجام گرفت. جهت گردآوری داده‌ها از پرسش‌نامه استاندارد دارای روایی و پایایی استفاده شد.
یافتهها: در بین رفتارهای خود‌مراقبتی در بیماران مورد بررسی بالاترین میانگین مربوط به مراقبت پاها و کم‌ترین مربوط به پایش قند خون می‌باشد. میانگین نمره خودمراقبتی 79/41 با انحراف معیار 54/14 بود. بر اساس نتایج میانگین خودمراقبتی در افراد مورد مطالعه بر حسب تاهل (001/0P<)، بر حسب سابقه دیابت در خانواده (01/0=P)، بر حسب نوع درمان (044/0=P)، و بر حسب وضعیت امکانات زندگی (007/0=P)، بود و تفاوت معنی را در دو گروه مورد مقایسه نشان داد.
نتیجهگیری: استفاده از رویکرد آموزشی مناسب و هم‌چنین تهیه محتوای آموزشی متناسب با مخاطب مورد نظر، می‌تواند نقش مهمی در ارتقاء رفتارهای خودمراقبتی در بیماران ایفا نماید. به نظر می‌رسد ارزیابی سطح رفتارهای خود‌مراقبتی می‌تواند کمک شایانی به ارائه‌دهنده خدمت به بیماران دیابتی کند. زیرا از این طریق ارائه‌‌دهندگان خدمت می‌توانند محتوای آموزشی و رفتارهای خود‌مراقبتی مورد نظر بیمار را شناخته و برای ارتقاء آن‌ها، رویکرد آموزشی مناسب را استفاده نمایند.
