بررسی اثر محافظتی عصاره اتانولی و آبی دانه گیاه انیسون Pimpinella anisum L. در آسیب کبدی ناشی از داروی شیمی‌درمانی L-آسپاراژیناز در موش‌های صحرایی با استفاده از رادیوداروی کبدی 99mTc- فیتیت

هدف: در این مطالعه به بررسی اثر محافظتی عصاره اتانولی و آبی دانه گیاه انیسون در آسیب کبدی ناشی از داروی شیمی‌درمانی L-آسپاراژیناز در موش صحرایی با استفاده از رادیوداروی کبدی نشاندار با 99mTc پرداخته شده است. مواد و روش‌ها: 60 موش صحرایی ماده به 9 گروه تداخل شامل گروه L- آسپاراژیناز، دو گروه عصاره آبی 100 وmg/kg 200، دو گروه عصاره اتانولی 100 وmg/kg 200، گروه عصاره آبی mg/kg 100+ L- آسپاراژیناز، گروه عصاره آبی mg/kg 200+ L- آسپاراژیناز، گروه عصاره اتانولی mg/kg 100+ L- آسپاراژیناز و گروه عصاره اتانولی mg/kg 200+ L- آسپاراژیناز و یک گروه شاهد تقسیم شدند. رت‌ها L- آسپاراژیناز را به میزانIU/Kg 1000 در حلال نرمال سالین به صورت داخل صفاقی و یک روز درمیان طی دوره 7 روزه و عصاره آبی و اتانولی دانه گیاه انیسون به مدت 7روز متوالی به صورت گاواژ دریافت کردند. 24 ساعت پس از دریافت آخرین دوز عصاره و دارو، رت‌ها 20 دقیقه پس از تزریق رادیوداروی 99mTc-Phytate با دوز کشنده کتامین/زایلازین کشته و ارگان‌های حیاتی از پیکره آن‌ها جدا و اکتیویته آن‌ها با دستگاه گاماکانتر اندازه‌گیری شد. تصویربرداری با گاماکمرا و ارزیابی‌های پاتولوژیکی و خونی جهت بررسی‌های بیش‌تر انجام شد. یافته‌ها: آسیب کبدی ناشی از داروی L-آسپاراژیناز در رت‌های تیمار شده با عصاره دانه انیسون به ویژه عصاره اتانولی به طور قابل توجهی کاهش یافت. لازم به ذکر است که عصاره دانه انیسون به ویژه عصاره آبی به تنهایی منجر به آسیب کبدی گردید (05/0˂P) که احتمال می‌رود عمدتاً ناشی از آلودگی گیاه به ترکیبات سمی پیرولیزیدین آلکالوئید باشد. نتیجه‌گیری: عصاره اتانولی دانه انیسون به دلیل وجود ترکیباتی هم‌چون آنتول و ترکیبات فنولیک می‌تواند باعث کاهش سمیت کبدی ناشی از داروی شیمی‌درمانی L-آسپاراژیناز در موش‌های صحرایی شود.
