بررسی تاثیر مشاوره گروهی مبتنی بر ذهن آگاهی، بر کیفیت خواب زنان باردار نخست‌زا

هدف: کیفیت نامطلوب خواب، یکی از مشکلات شایع دوران بارداری بوده و ذهن آگاهی ممکن است بر بهبود خواب زنان باردار موثر باشد و لذا مطالعه حاضر با هدف تعیین تاثیر مشاوره گروهی مبتنی بر ذهن آگاهی، بر کیفیت خواب زنان باردار نخست‌زا اجرا شد. مواد و روش‌ها: در این مطالعه کارآزمایی بالینی تصادفی شده با طرح پژوهشی دو گروهه (مداخله و کنترل) از بین 135 زن باردار نخست‌زا در سن بارداری 24-14، 29 نفر که کیفیت نامطلوب خواب داشتند به‌صورت تصادفی انتخاب و به دو گروه مداخله و کنترل تخصیص یافتند برای مادران گروه مداخله، هشت جلسه هفتگی مشاوره گروهی مبتنی بر ذهن آگاهی برگزار شد و مادران در گروه کنترل، تنها مراقبت‌های معمول بارداری را دریافت کردند. ابزار جمع‌آوری اطلاعات پرسش‌نامه کیفیت خواب پیتزبورگ و فرم جمع‌آوری اطلاعات دموگرافیک بود. کیفیت خواب گروه مداخله، قبل از شروع مداخله، پس از پایان جلسه هشتم و یک ماه بعد از اتمام آخرین جلسه، و در گروه کنترل در آغاز مطالعه، هشت و دوازده هفته بعد اندازه‌گیری شد. یافته‌ها: میانگین نمره‌ی کیفیت خواب در دو گروه مداخله و کنترل، قبل از مداخله اختلاف معنی‌داری نداشت (27/0P
