بررسی تاثیر متیل فنیدیت بر وضعیت خواب کودکان مبتلا به اختلال توجه و بیش‌فعالی

هدف: اختلالات خواب یکی از مشکلات مهم کودکان مبتلا به اختلال توجه و بیش‌فعالی است. مصرف متیل فنیدیت اثرات متفاوتی بر وضعیت خواب کودکان مبتلا دارد. هدف این مطالعه بررسی وضعیت خواب کودکان مبتلا به اختلال توجه و بیش‌فعالی قبل و پس از مصرف متیل فنیدیت است. مواد و روش‌ها: این مطالعه توصیفی تحلیلی بر روی 34 کودک (5 تا 12 سال) مبتلا به بیش‌فعالی و اختلال توجه که برای دریافت درمان به بیمارستان ابن سینای مشهد مراجعه کرده بودند، انجام شد. وضعیت خواب کودکان قبل و چهار هفته پس از درمان با داروی متیل فنیدیت با استفاده از پرسش‌نامه عادت خواب کودکان با کمک والدین تکمیل شد. میانگین نمره وضعیت خواب کودکان در 8 خرده‌مقیاس در دو مرحله مورد مقایسه قرار گرفت. یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد که بیش‌تر کودکان مورد مطالعه پسر (60%) بودند و میانگین سنی آن‌ها 83/2±35/8 سال بود. میانگین نمره وضعیت خواب کودکان قبل از درمان 22/7±47/54 و پس از درمان با متیل فنیدیت 19/6±38/50 بود که اختلاف معنی‌داری داشت (001/0P
