ساخت و مشخصه‌یابی نانو حامل‌های لیپوزومی حاوی اسانس زنیان، به منظور مقابله با انگل تریکوموناس واژینالیس

هدف: سالیانه بخش زیادی از جمعیت دنیا به عفونت تریکومونیازیس، مبتلا می‌شوند. و از سوی دیگر داروهای رایج به‌منظور درمان این بیماری عوارض جانبی زیادی را ایجاد می‌کند. هدف از پژوهش حاضر ساخت سامانه‌ی لیپوزومی حاوی اسانس زنیان و بررسی ویژگی‌های فیزیوشیمیایی آن، جهت مقابله با عفونت تریکومونیازیس می‌باشد. مواد و روش‌ها: وزیکول‌های لیپوزومی با استفاده از فسفاتیدیل کولین (70%) و کلسترول (30%) و طی روش فیلم نازک تهیه شدند و اسانس زنیان درون لیپوزوم بارگذاری شد و میزان بارگذاری اسانس محاسبه شد. در ادامه اندازه، بار سطحی و مورفولوژی ذرات این سامانه با استفاده از دستگاه‌های زتا سایزر و میکروسکوپ نیروی اتمی و نحوه رهایش اسانس در دمای ˚C 35 و 6=pH طی 24 ساعت بررسی گردید. یافته‌ها: وزیکول‌های لیپوزومی حاوی اسانس زنیان با اندازه nm 1/110، 71/2±12/40% میزان بارگذاری اسانس، پتانسیل زتا 9- میلی‌ولت می‌باشد. سامانه لیپوزومی دارای رهایش کنترل شده بوده و طی 24 ساعت همه اسانس را آزاد نموده است. میکروسکوپ نیروی اتمی نیز تشکیل لیپوزوم و مورفولوژی مناسب ذرات را تایید نموده است. نتیجه‌گیری: در پژوهش حاضر سامانه لیپوزومی حاوی اسانس زنیان، از درصد بارگذاری نسبتاً بالایی برخوردار است و  بررسی شارژ سطحی، آنیونی بودن حامل را را تأیید می‌کند. بدین ترتیب با توجه به رهایش آهسته و کامل اسانس طی 24 ساعت، این نانو حامل لیپوزومی می‌تواند حاملی مناسب برای رسانش اسانس به انگل تریکومونیازیس باشد.
