مقایسه تاثیر فلوکستین و تاموکسیفن بر درمان دردهای پستانی زنان (ماستالژیا): یک کارآزمایی بالینی تصادفی

هدف: درد پستان (ماستالژیا) یک شکایت رایج در میان زنان مراجعه‌کننده به کلینیک‌های جراحی می‌باشد. مطالعه حاضر با هدف مقایسه اثر فلوکستین و تاموکسیفن بر ماستالژیا انجام شد. مواد و روش‌ها: این پژوهش یک کارآزمایی بالینی تصادفی شده با گروه کنترل می‌باشد که بر روی 62 زن مبتلا به ماستالژیا مراجعه‌کننده به کلینیک تخصصی جراحی انجام شده است. نمونه‌ها با روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس وارد مطالعه شدند و با استفاده از روش تصادفی‌سازی ساده به دو گروه 31 نفری درمان شامل با فلوکستین و تاموکسیفن تقسیم شدند. جهت جمع‌آوری داده‌ها پرسش‌نامه‌های دموگرافیک و مقیاس دیداری درد (VAS) قبل از شروع درمان و سپس در زمان‌های 4، 8 و 12 هفته پس از درمان تکمیل گردید. یافته‌ها: شاخص توده بدنی، مدت بیماری و مدت زمان درد در دو گروه اختلاف معناداری نداشت (05/0P). تفاوت معنی‌داری بین دو گروه در میزان کاهش درد دیده نشد (05/0
