رابطه شیفت‌‌کاری و شغل دوم با کیفیت زندگی: یک مطالعه مقطعی بر نمونه‌ای بزرگ از کارکنان کارخانه ذوب‌آهن اصفهان

هدف: تحقیق حاضر با هدف بررسی ارتباط شیفت‌ کاری و شغل دوم با متغیر کیفیت زندگی و با کنترل اثر مخدوشگرهای جمعیت شناختی، متغیرهای سبک زندگی و استرس شغلی در یک نمونه بزرگ از کارکنان مرد کارخانه ذوب‌آهن اصفهان انجام گردید. مواد و روش‌ها: این مطالعه مقطعی در سال 1394 بر روی 3063 نفر از کارکنان شرکت ذوب‌آهن اصفهان که با استفاده از روش خوشه‌ای تصادفی چندمرحله‌ای از میان 16000 نفر انتخاب شده بودند اجرا شد. اطلاعات مربوط به متغیرهای جمعیت شناختی و سبک زندگی با یک پرسش‌نامه خود ایفا و کیفیت زندگی با استفاده از ابزار EQ-5D، استرس شغلی و فعالیت فیزیکی به ترتیب با استفاده از پرسش‌نامه تلاش-پاداش و از IPAQ ارزیابی شد. یافته‌ها: در نمونه حاضر 7/57 درصد افراد شیفت‌کار و 10 درصد شغل دوم داشتند. افراد به دو کلاس کیفیت زندگی بالا (49/80 درصد) و پایین (51/19 درصد) دسته‌بندی گردیدند و کلاس کیفیت زندگی به‌عنوان متغیر پاسخ در رگرسیون در نظر گرفته شد. شیفت‌کار بودن شانس قرار داشتن در کلاس کیفیت زندگی بالا را پس از تعدیل اثر مخدوشگرها، 17 درصد ((015/683,1/0) 83/0 :(CI95%) OR) کاهش می‌دهد. رابطه معنی‌داری بین شغل دوم با کیفیت زندگی دیده نشد. نتیجه‌گیری: مطالعه حاضر نشان داد کیفیت زندگی در افراد شیفت‌کار به‌طور معنی‌داری پایین‌تر است در حالی‌که رابطه‌ای با شغل دوم دیده نشد. می‌توان با تعدیل عوامل موثر بر کیفیت زندگی، به ارتقاء سطح آن در این کارکنان و افزایش بهره‌وری در این جمعیت کمک نمود.
