تاثیر بازدید از منزل بر حمایت اجتماعی درک‌ شده مادران و تداوم تغذیه انحصاری با شیر مادر: یک مطالعه کارآزمایی کنترل‌ شده تصادفی‌ سازی

هدف: شیردهی انحصاری در 6 ماه اول تولد در بسیاری از موارد انجام نمی‌شود و به نظر می‌رسد عوامل زیادی در آن دخیل باشند اما مداخلاتی که در دوران شیردهی جهت افزایش حمایت اجتماعی از مادران می‌شود می‌تواند بر میزان تغذیه با شیر مادر موثر باشد. این مطالعه با هدف تعیین تاثیر بازدید از منزل بر حمایت اجتماعی و تداوم تغذیه انحصاری در شهرستان بوکان انجام شد. مواد و روش‌ها: 108نفر از مادران دارای شیرخوار 3تا 5 روزه مراجعه‌کننده به 8 مرکز بهداشتی درمانی شهرستان بوکان از طریق تخصیص تصادفی با استفاده از بلوک‌بندی تصادفی وارد مطالعه شدند و در دو گروه مداخله و کنترل قرار گرفتند. مداخله شامل 6 برنامه آموزشی بازدید از منزل حدود 30 دقیقه‌ای بود. ابزارهای مورد استفاده شامل پرسش‌نامه دموگرافیک و تاریخچه مامایی، ابزار حمایت اجتماعی ادراک شده زیمت و پرسش‌نامه محقق‌ساخته تغذیه انحصاری با شیر مادر بود. یافته‌ها: اکثر مادران در گروه مداخله تغذیه انحصاری را تا ماه چهارم و اکثریت در گروه کنترل تغذیه انحصاری را فقط تا ماه‌های اول و دوم ادامه دادند. به‌طور کلی میانگین تعداد ماه‌های شیردهی در گروه مداخله 01/1±15/3 ماه و در گروه کنترل 906/0±71/1 ماه به‌دست آمد. هم‌چنین اغلب افراد گروه مداخله (76%) روزانه بیش از 8 بار شیردهی داشتند، درحالی‌که اکثر مادران گروه کنترل (88%) کم‌تر از 8 بار شیردهی داشتند. نمره حمایت اجتماعی دریافت شده مادران شیرده در گروه کنترل و مداخله تفاوت آماری معنی‌داری نداشت. نتیجه‌گیری: بازدید از منزل و پیگیری‌ها باعث می‌شود که تغذیه انحصاری با مدت طولانی‌تر و دفعات بیش‌تری در شبانه‌روز انجام شود. که می‌توان بازدید در منزل را جهت ارتقا وضعیت شیردهی در نظر گرفت در این مطالعه بازدید از منزل بر حمایت اجتماعی درک شده مادران اثری نداشت که به نظر می‌رسد مطالعات بیش‌تری در آینده در این زمینه با  زمان پیگیری طولانی‌تر و یا انجام مطالعه کیفی که با نفوذ در لایه‌های عمیق‌تر بستر فرهنگی شهر بوکان در کردستان پرداخته شود تا به بهبود حمایت اجتماعی در بازدید منزل کمک کرد.
