اثربخشی برنامه رابطین بهداشتی ایران در ارتقای دانش، نگرش و عملکرد بهداشتی جامعه از طریق مداخلات آموزشی: یک مطالعه مروری نظام‌مند

هدف: مشارکت جامعه در برنامه‌های بهداشتی از الزامات توفیق آن‌ها به‌شمار می‌آید و برنامه‌های مرتبط با داوطلبین بهداشتی یکی از اشکال مقبول این مشارکت محسوب می‌شوند. با توجه به سپری‌شدن سه دهه از آغاز برنامه رابطین بهداشتی (به‌عنوان شکلی از داوطلبان بهداشتی) در ایران و اهمیت ارزشیابی دستاوردهای آن، هدف این مطالعه بررسی اثربخشی برنامه رابطین بهداشتی در ارتقای دانش، نگرش و عملکرد بهداشتی جامعه از طریق مداخلات آموزشی بود.
مواد و روشها: مطالعه حاضر از نوع مروری نظام‌مند است که بررسی متون آن در بهمن ماه سال 1398 به انجام رسید. این جستجو با استفاده از کلیدواژه‌هایcommunity health volunteers ، communicators community health، و Iran در پایگاه‌های اطلاعاتی/موتورهای جستجوی  PubMed، Web of Science و Scopus؛ و معادل فارسی آن‌ها یعنی داوطلبین بهداشتی و نیز رابطین بهداشتی در پایگاه‌های علمی فارسی زبان SID، Magiran و Elmnet صورت گرفت. در این جستجو از مجموع 13558 مقاله یافت شده، تعداد 15 مقاله مرتبط با هدف مطالعه و منطبق با معیارهای ورود و خروج انتخاب شدند و کیفیت آن‌ها مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. سپس درون‌مایه مرتبط با هدف مطالعه در مقالات منتخب در جداول استخراجی و مقایسه‌ای ارائه و نتیجه‌گیری نهایی بر اساس آن‌ها صورت گرفت.
یافتهها: برنامه رابطین بهداشتی در ایران از اثربخشی مناسبی در تغییر دانش و نگرش بهداشتی جامعه برخوردار می‌باشد اما توفیق چندانی در بهبود عملکرد بهداشتی جامعه کسب نکرده است. بررسی تعداد حوزه‌های هدف‌گذاری شده جهت بهبود عملکرد بهداشتی جامعه از طریق آموزش‌های ارائه‌ شده از سوی رابطین بهداشتی در مقالات نهایی نشان می‌دهد که رابطین بهداشتی از جمع 34 حوزه تعیین شده جهت تغییر رفتار، تنها در 6 حوزه موفق به ارتقای رفتار بهداشتی گروه‌های هدف شده‌اند.
نتیجهگیری: برنامه رابطین بهداشتی به واسطه تاثیر اندک بر رفتار بهداشتی جامعه، نیازمند ارتقاء و یا جایگزینی با یک برنامه کارآمدتر در عرصه مشارکت جامعه می‌باشد
