تأثیر نان حجیم فرموله شده با خرفه بر آنزیم‌های کبدی و استرس اکسیداتیو در مبتلایان به دیابت نوع دو و هایپر لپیدمی: یک کارآزمایی بالینی تصادفی موازی

هدف: ازآن‌جاکه افزایش آنزیم‌های کبدی و کاهش ظرفیت تام آنتی‌اکسیدانی خطر بروز بیماری‌های کبدی را افزایش می‌دهند و از طرفی نان می‌تواند حامل خوبی برای افزودن مواد مغذی و گیاهان مؤثری باشد، هدف از این مطالعه، بررسی تأثیر نان غنی‌شده با خرفه بر روی آنزیم‌های کبدی و برخی از پارامترهای استرس اکسیداتیو در بیماران مبتلا به دیابت نوع 2 و دیس لیپیدمی می‌باشد.
مواد و روشها: مطالعه کارآزمایی بالینی کنترل‌شده تصادفی موازی بر روی 104 بیمار مبتلا به دیابت نوع 2 و دیس لیپیدمی انجام شد. شرکت‌کنندگان، نان حجیم حاوی 10٪ پودر خرفه را به مدت 4 هفته (گروه مداخله) دریافت کردند. در ابتدا و پایان مطالعه، نمونه خون ناشتا برای تعیین کمیت سطح سرمی آنزیم‌های کبدی در پلاسما شامل AST (آسپارتات آمینوترانسفراز)، ALT (آلانین آمینوترانسفراز  GTT،( -γگلوتامیل ترانسفراز)، ALP (آلکالان فسفاتاز)، ظرفیت تام آنتی‌اکسیدانی (TAC) و مالون‌دی‌آلدئید (MDA) اندازه‌گیری شد.
یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد که قبل از مداخله میانگین متغیرهای مورد مطالعه بین دو گروه تفاوت معنی‌داری نداشت. با مقایسه اختلاف میانگین متغیرها بعد از مداخله به‌جز مالون‌دی‌آلدئید، تفاوت معنی‌داری با سطح معنی‌داری 05/0P< در بین دو گروه مشاهده گردید.
نتیجهگیری: مصرف نان غنی‌شده با خرفه باعث بهبود عملکرد آنزیم‌های کبدی و افزایش TAC در بیماران شد؛ لذا استفاده از گیاه خرفه در نان می‌تواند به‌عنوان یک روش مؤثر جهت پیشگیری و درمان در بیماران دیابت به‌کار برده شود.
