اثرات تمرینات زنجیره حرکتی باز و بسته بر دقت حس عمقی مفصل آرنج در دختران والیبالیست

هدف: هدف مطالعه حاضر بررسی اثر آنی تمرینات زنجیره حرکتی باز و بسته بر حس عمقی آرنج دختران والیبالیست سالم بوده است.
مواد و روشها: چهل و پنج دختر نوجوان والیبالیست در این مطالعه شرکت کردند. آن‌ها به صورت تصادفی به سه گروه زنجیره حرکتی باز، زنجیره حرکتی بسته و گروه بدون تمرین (کنترل) تقسیم شدند. حس وضعیت مفصل آرنج در زاویه 30 درجه فلکشن به کمک سیستمی متشکل از مارکرهای پوستی، عکس‌برداری دیجیتال ارزیابی شد. خطای مطلق بازسازی با استفاده از نرم‌افزار اتوکد، قبل و بعد از انجام تمرینات محاسبه شد.
یافتهها: میانگین خطای مطلق بازسازی زاویه، قبل از تمرینات بین سه گروه اختلاف معنی‌داری نداشت (412/0=P).  با این وجود، اختلاف معنی‌دار در خطای مطلق بازسازی، بین گروه‌ها پس از انجام تمرینات دیده شد (042/0=P) که  همراه با اختلاف خطای مطلق بیش‌تر در مقایسه دو گروه زنجیره حرکتی باز و گروه کنترل (012/0=P) بود.
نتیجهگیری: اگر چه هر دو دسته تمرینات زنجیره حرکتی باز و بسته بر دقت حس عمقی مفصل آرنج تاثیرگذار بودند، چنین به نظر می‌رسد که انجام تمرینات زنجیره حرکتی باز در ارتقائ دقت حس عمقی مفصل آرنج موثرترند و شاید بتوان آن‌را روش بهتری برای کاهش آسیب‌های ورزشی در اندام فوقانی والیبالیست‌ها معرفی کرد.
