بررسی اثر فوری ارتعاش عمومی بدن بر روی حس عمقی تنه در افراد مبتلا به کمردرد مزمن غیر اختصاصی

هدف: اطلاعات موجود نشان می‌دهد که بین نارسایی عملکرد سیستم حس عمقی و کمردرد ارتباط وجود دارد. به همین دلیل، تمرینات حس عمقی معمولاً بخشی از پروتکل توان‌بخشی این بیماران را شکل می‌دهد. مطالعات پیشین نشان داده است دستگاه ارتعاش عمومی بدن عملکرد عضلات و حس عمقی را بهبود می‌بخشد. هدف این تحقیق بررسی اثر ارتعاش عمومی بدن بر روی حس عمقی در بیماران مبتلا به کمردرد مزمن غیراختصاصی بود.
مواد و روش ها: در این مطالعه کارآزمایی بالینی تصادفی، 50 فرد مبتلا به کمردرد مزمن غیراختصاصی شرکت کردند که به صورت تصادفی در دو گروه مداخله و کنترل قرار گرفتند. افراد در گروه آزمون، ارتعاش عمومی بدن توسط دستگاه ارتعاش عمومی بدن با فرکانس 20 هرتز  و شتاب g 17-3 را در وضعیت اسکوات به مدت 360 ثانیه در6 تکرار دریافت کردند و افراد در گروه کنترل در همین وضعیت با زمان مساوی بر روی دستگاه قرار گرفتند در حالی که هیچ ارتعاشی دریافت نکردند. خطای بازسازی فعال زاویه کمری-لگنی در زوایای 30% و 60% کل دامنه حرکتی حداکثر خم شدن کمر و زاویه خنثی با دستگاه اینکلینومتر دیجیتال قبل از مداخله و بلافاصله 20 دقیقه بعد از مداخله در هر سه زاویه در هر دو گروه ارزیابی و اطلاعات ثبت گردید.
یافته ها: با تطبیق اثر اصلی شرایط اندازه گیری (001/0P<) و اثر تعاملی آن با  گروه (008/0=P) بین دو گروه بلافاصله بعد از مداخله تفاوت معنی‌داری وجود داشت (027/0=P).
نتیجه گیری: ارتعاش عمومی بدن با فرکانس کم می‌تواند باعث بهبود حس عمقی در افراد مبتلا به کمردرد مزمن غیر اختصاصی شود و می‌تواند به عنوان یک روش امن و نوین فیزیوتراپی برای درمان این افراد معرفی گردد.
