مقایسه تاثیر رایحه درمانی و حمام آبگرم پا بر درد لیبر زنان نخست زا: یک کارآزمایی بالینی تصادفی

هدف: درد زایمان یکی از شدیدترین دردهایی است که زنان تجربه می‌کنند. رایحه درمانی و حمام پا از روش‌های رایج کاهش درد زایمان می‌باشد. این مطالعه با هدف مقایسه تاثیر رایحه‌درمانی به شیوه استنشاق اسانس گل‌محمدی همراه با حمام پا و حمام آب‌گرم پا به تنهایی بر شدت درد زایمان زنان نخست‌زا انجام شد.
مواد و روشها: این یک مطالعه کارآزمایی بالینی تصادفی است که در بیمارستان شهید اکبرآبادی تهران سال 1391، بر روی120 زن نخست‌زای داوطلب زایمان فیزیولوژیک انجام شد. افراد به روش گمارش تصادفی ساده در یکی از دو گروه مداخله (گروه حمام پا به همراه استنشاق اسانس گل‌محمدی و گروه حمام آب‌گرم پا) و گروه کنترل (مراقبت‌های روتین لیبر) قرار گرفتند. مداخلات در هر دو گروه آزمون به مدت 10 دقیقه، یک‌بار در ابتدای فاز فعال و بار دوم در ابتدای فاز انتقالی انجام شد. درد، هر 30 دقیقه در طول مرحله فعال لیبر با مقیاس بصری-عددی سنجیده شد. پس از جمع‌آوری و استخراج داده‌ها، مقایسه آماری با استفاده از برنامه spss ویرایش 16 انجام شد و 05/0 p< معنی‌دار در نظر گرفته شد. سپس داده‌ها با آزمون‌های آماری کای دو، دقیق فیشر، آنالیز واریانس، کروسکال والیس و تعیبی شفه آنالیز شد.
یافتهها: نتایج مطالعه حاضر نشان می‌دهد که میانگین شدت درد در گروه‌های مداخله در ابتدای فاز فعال لیبر و مرحله فعال زایمان به‌طور معنی‌داری کم‌تر از گروه کنترل بوده است (001/0p<). در حالی که میانگین شدت درد در مرحله فار انتقالی تنها در گروه استنشاق و حمام پا با اسانس گل‌محمدی کم‌تر از گروه‌های حمام آب‌گرم پا به تنهایی و کنترل بوده است.
نتیجهگیری: رایحه درمانی به روش استنشاق و حمام پا با اسانس گل‌محمدی و حمام آب‌گرم پا به تنهایی می‌تواند در طی زایمان فیزیولوژیک باعث کاهش درک درد زایمان شود.
