مقایسه‌ی الگوهای پردازش حسی خواهران یا برادران سالم افراد دارای اتیسم با همتایان بهنجار آن‌ها

چکیده:   (390 مشاهده)
هدف: بسیاری از والدین دارای فرزند اتیسم به دلیل یکسان بودن ژنتیک و محیط فرزند سالم و اتیسم خود نگران وجود بعضی از علائم بالینی اختلال اتیسم ازجمله اختلال پردازش حسی در فرزندان سالمشان می‌باشند. هدف از این پژوهش مقایسه‌ی الگوهای پردازش حسی خواهران یا برادران سالم افراد دارای اتیسم با همتایان بهنجار آن‌ها بود.
مواد و روشها: در این پژوهش توصیفی-تحلیلی، دو گروه نمونه شامل 17 خواهر یا برادر سالم فرد دارای اتیسم و 17 همتای بهنجار در رده‌ی سنی 5-12 سال شرکت کردند. جهت ارزیابی پس از  اخذ رضایت‌نامه کتبی آگاهانه از والدین کودکان خواسته شد که پرسش‌نامه وضعیت حسی دانSensory Profile (SP)  که دارای 9 فاکتور است را برای فرزند خود تکمیل نمایند.
یافتهها:  نتایج آماری نشان داد بین دو گروه خواهران یا برادران سالم افراد دارای اتیسم و همتایان بهنجار آن‌ها در هیچ‌یک از فاکتورها اختلاف معنادار نبوده است (05/0p<).
نتیجهگیری: با استناد به یافته‌های به‌دست‌آمده در این پژوهش می‌توان نتیجه گرفت که خواهران یا برادران سالم افراد دارای اتیسم الگوهایی مشابه کودکان بهنجار در پردازش حسی دارند.
